Consists of a facsimile of Hepplewhite's work (the 1787 London edition with 124 plates and descriptions), a biography of Hepplewhite by Walter Storey, and an 88-page illustrated supplement: "Gallery of Hepplewhite Furniture" of black & white photographs by American furniture manufacturers. Publisher's light blue cloth boards. Ex-library copy with spine letters, bookplate, and perforated stamp on the title pages and one early text page, else a very good sound copy.
