Ex-library copy with spine classmark, bookplate, perforated stamp on the title page, small ink stamp on the plates. Chipping to the edges of some detached plates, else good. Beautifully printed color plates documenting the work of a famous German armourer working in England during Elizabeth's reign; Jacob Topf is the presumed author of the manuscript.
