Interesting pictorial history with many photos not commonly reproduced. This copy Inscribed by the author to Ivor Hettich, who is thanked by the author in the Acknowledgments: "To Ivor – all best from Rustic John. New Lisbon, NY June 25, 1949." A nice association in a scarce book.
