Starting with "Punk means anarchy," and ending on "No more governments, religions, class, money or symbols to divide us. In anrachy, symbols no longer matter, only people do," the band present their argument for dissolving the idea of government. The doctrine is surrounded by a collage of figures including Johnny Rotten from the Sex Pistols, Jello Biafra and Elvis.
