The Flapper Wife

New York: Grosset & Dunlap, (1925).

Price: $200.00

Hardcover. First edition. Light wear to the edges, easily near fine in a good only dustwrapper with spine tail torn off and laid in and short tears to the extremities. Young American working girl with a taste for luxury can capture no millionaire so settles for a successful young lawyer, but starts to see other men! One of the few instances when Grosset and Dunlap issued the first edition. Basis for the 1926 Herman C. Raymaker film *His Jazz Bride* with Marie Prevost and Matt Moore. Exceptionally scarce.
