Very good in black cloth covered boards, some loss of cloth at the top of the spine, a tear at the center of the spne, light wear to the corners, a bookplate on the front pastedown. Includes several fold out sheets with preliminary plans for the Hudson River Vehicular Tunnel (Holland Tunnel). The bookplate is that of William John Wilgus, architect responsible for the design and construction of Grand Central Station.
