Signed by the author in pencil on the title page: "My love, Cliff." Basis for the George Seaton film with Grace Kelly, Bing Crosby, and William Holden. It was one of Bing's best performances, and both Kelly and Seaton (for his screenplay) won Oscars. Later remade for television with Faye Dunaway, Ken Howard, and Dick Van Dyke. Very scarce signed.
