Between the Covers

Unbound. Small handbill. 5" x 5". Card with Parsons, Fletcher & Co price list for their various inks. Lightly soiled with the remains of blue paper on the back, else near fine. The upper half of the card is an engraving for Gutenberg and Faust's First Proof from Moveable Type. Parsons, Fletcher & Co. was in business from the 1840s to well into the early 20th century. We cannot confirm a date for this card, but it appears to be early 19th century.
