A small chip on the front wrap, and a little splitting along the bottom of the front wrap, a very good or better copy of this fragile book. Inscribed by the author in Paris 1927, in German, to June Mansfield, the second wife of Henry Miller, and who is generally considered to be the inspiration for all of Miller's most important work. A nice association copy of an important literary work of German Expressionism.
