Slight soiling to the boards, else near fine in an edgeworn, very good dustwrapper with a creased tear on the front panel. Novel originally published in Germany in 1925 as *Reubeni, Furst der Juden*. Brod is generally remembered as the close friend, biographer, and literary executor of Franz Kafka, but he was also a successful and prolific author in his own right.
