First edition. Folio. Edges of the boards a trifle dustsoiled else fine in a slightly chipped, about very good dustwrapper with some dust soiling. Nicely Inscribed by the author, with a large drawing of a cat playing the guitar. The inscription "To Leo" is followed by five lines of the "nonsense" writing that Steinberg employed in the book, and which is just barely indecipherable, presumably as the artist designed it, and Signed "Saul 1954." A very attractive copy of this early book by the longtime New Yorker cartoonist.
