First edition. Slight foxing on the foredge, else fine in fine dustwrapper. Long Inscription from Maxwell to an important editor: "Dear Bob - I don't know how many short stories I have written - I've never counted them. Not a great many. But in this volume are all the ones I thought worth saving. I like "Over by the River" best, and "The Theatres in London" next best. It is hard to put a book of stories in such a way that it will wriggle off like a snake. W.M."
