Haymarket Theatre Edition. Yellow wrappers. Wrappers a bit soiled, with a light crease on the front wrap, an about very good copy. Nicely Inscribed: "To William Leverton with every friendly wish from Eden Phillpotts. January 1927." The popular play was the basis for the 1938 film directed by Herbert Brenon and starring Marie Tempest, Wilfrid Lawson and Roddy McDowall, in his film debut.
