The original New York production including Dudley Digges, Frank Conroy, Dorothy Stickney, and child actors Peter Holden and Dickie Van Patten (the future Eight Is Enough star at age 10 in his second Broadway show). Basis for the 1939 film directed by Harold S. Bucquet, and featuring Lionel Barrymore, Cedric Hardwicke, Beulah Bondi, Una Merkel, and Bobs Watson. A much nicer than usual copy. [BTC #84634] |
