Small, neat owner name stamp on the front fly, rubbing to the cover illustration, but less so than usually encountered, and a small, light stain at the bottom of the spine, still an attractive and clean, very good plus copy lacking the rare dustwrapper. A nice copy of this "how-to" book for boys by the second baseman made famous in the "Tinkers-to-Evers-to-Chance" double play combination. Illustrated with photos of various baseball greats, including Evers, Frank Chance, Ty Cobb, Honus Wagner, Nap Lajoie, Christy Mathewson, Walter Johnson, "Home Run" Baker and others, showing how it's done. Later reissued as Baseball in the Big Leagues.
