First English edition. Ink stain at the bottom of the boards, which also have a bit of overall light soiling, a very good copy in fair only dustwrapper lacking about the bottom inch of the spine, a corresponding ink stain, and with other small chips and tears. Although unsigned Dawn Powell has made a small correction on page three, correcting a misspelled Latin phrase.
