First edition. Fine in a fine dustwrapper with a single tiny tear at the foot. The basis for the 1958 Michael Curtiz-directed film King Creole featuring Elvis Presley as Danny Fisher, along with Carolyn Jones and Walter Matthau. Possibly Elvis' best film, it was his last before being drafted into the army (the draft board granted him a special extension to finish shooting). A beautiful copy.
