Hardcover. First edition. Tiny tear at the crown, else fine in an about very good dustwrapper with some shallow chipping and tears at the extremities. A play set in a resort hotel in the Catskills. Kober also wrote the screenplay for the 1938 film directed by Alfred Santell and featuring Ginger Rogers, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., and Red Skelton in his debut.
