Fine, with the gold labels unworn, in a bright and fine, exceptionally crisp dustwrapper with a single tiny tear on the front panel, and with only faint traces of rubbing at the peak of the curve of the spine, but with the blue still strong and unfaded, and the lettering and other white portions of the jacket uniformly unsoiled. A superlative, unrestored example of Hemingway's classic story of love and war, arguably his masterpiece, and certainly one of the highspots of 20th Century literature. Connolly 100.
