First edition. Fine in a lightly worn, very good or a little better dustwrapper with a small chip on the front panel. A Beverly Hills agent's stamp formerly held the front flap affixed to the front pastedown, but has been cut, although the label remains. Florida detective Michael Shayne's friend Clem is found at his gas station, and Mike suspects black market gasoline played a role.
