French woman, the wild fawn of the title, removes to her husband's small Southern village, drives everyone mad. Basis for the 1920 Vera McCord-directed film *The Good-Bad Wife* with Sidney Mason, Dorothy Green, Moe Lee, and Leslie Stowe. Very scarce.
