First separate edition of the first poem in Mid-American Chants (1918), with a brief biographical notice at the back. Not in Sheehy & Lohf, nor in Ray Lewis White's Sherwood Anderson: Fugitive Pamphlets and Broadsides, 1918-1940, nor in the later "Additions to the Bibliography" of Sherwood Anderson by Charles E.
