Clinton Shepherd jacket art. The curse of the Paseo Indians lay on Spanish Acres, and successive owners meet with tragic and untimely deaths. Basis for the 1930 film *The Santa Fe Trail* directed by Otto Brower and Edwin H. Knopf, and featuring Richard Arlen and Rosita Moreno. A nice copy.
