First edition. Very slightly rubbed, fine in an about very good dustwrapper with some overall tanning and slight nicking at the spine ends. A collection of stories about New York City. The story "Orpheus, who Made Music in Our Square" was the basis for the 1917 Tod Browning film A Love Sublime with Wilfred Lucas and Carmel Myers. Scarce in jacket.
