First edition. Fine in a lovely, near fine orange dustwrapper with slight fading to the spine. A successful play suggesting that no matter how they fight it, children will ultimately live lives which emulate their parents. Van Druten was brought from Britain to Hollywood to consult on the 1932 film adaptation, New Morals for Old, directed by Charles Brabin and featuring Robert Young, Margaret Perry, Lewis Stone and Myrna Loy.
