Owner's name on front fly, abrasion on spine title, light dampstain on bottom of spine and bottom inner corner of last page, else very good in a fair only price-clipped and dampstained dustwrapper with loss of spine head, edges chipped and torn. This play was included in Burns Mantle's *The Best Plays of 1933-1934*. Later, it was adapted into a 1936 film starring Fredric March and Katharine Hepburn.
