The author's only produced screenplay, basis for the 1991 film directed by Michael Fields and featuring Dermot Mulroney, Lili Taylor, Sam Shepard, Valerie Perrine, Burt Young, Bill Pullman, Mary Kay Place, Benjamin Bratt, and Delroy Lindo.
