Between the Covers

Unbound. 12 gelatin silver cabinet photographs. Images are 3.25" x 5.5", each mounted on 5.25" x 7.5" thick card stock. The images are uncaptioned, but provenance suggests they are from Pennsylvania or New York State. One image has a smear in the emulsion in the bottom left corner else they are near fine. The well-composed photographs depict a group of men either in the field or in or around a hunting lodge. The men are depicted with guns, dogs, carcasses of small animals, or sleeping or eating in groups. A cohesive and subject specific group of unusually nice images.
