Neat, old folds, small tear in the margin at one fold, some contemporary ink calculations on the verso - probably of the numbers of troops, still nice and else near fine. It is signed in type by Sumner as Adjutant General, this is a long and detailed broadside announcing new reporting forms, demanding returns of band and other property of the militia, dictating the amount that needs to be paid in order to be exempt from service, and many other details of the state militia. *OCLC* locates one copies of the broadside. *Shoemaker* 2150.
