These number about six hundred, and are copies, the originals being lost. The date is 1528-1536, though a few of the wills bear earlier dates." 234pp. Original blue pebbled cloth, gilt-stamped. Spine faded with ends a bit frayed, small bookstore label laid on front pastedown, small pen notation on half-title, newspaper offsetting on pages 194-195, still a very good copy.
