Nothing More Than Murder First edition. Fine in very near fine, black dustwrapper with a little rubbing on the front panel and at the extremities of the spine, and with a small nick at the crown. The third and last of Thompson's three hardcover novels published in his lifetime. Wife of the owner of the only motion picture theater in town hires an unattractive woman to help around the house, but she begins to grow on her husband. A book that inevitably shows up in shabby condition -- this is one of the nicest copies we've seen. [BTC #33691] |
