First edition. Extremities slightly soiled and rubbed, near fine in an about very good dustwrapper with some large internal repairs and some modest chipping at the spinal extremities. A genuine cowboy in his younger years, Seltzer was considered one of the best western writers. Many of his western novels were filmed, but apparently dialogue wasn't his strong suit -- all the films were made in the silent era, even though he continued to write until his death in 1942.
