Second edition, stated "Privately Printed by Courtesy of Small, Maynard & Company." Cloth and papercovered boards with paper label on the front board. A darkened line on the front board near the foredge, and a bit of edgewear, a very good copy. Handwritten note on the front free pastedown: "Reprinted edition limited to 400 copies printed form type (no plates). Frederick T.F. Blake(?) December 1912." A fragile and uncommon edition of the author's second book. BAL 4098.
