First edition. Sewn in contemporary blue paper wrappers. Xlviii, lix-lix, xlix-lxii, [33]pp. Spine perished, rear wrap lacking, some stains and small tears, a near very good copy of this fragile pamphlet. The pamphlet contains only the text of Book One, as published. Lofft was a Foxite Whig, lawyer, political gadfly, and miscellaneous writer.
