First edition. Two volumes. Publisher's purple muslin and printed paper spine labels. Attractive leather bookplate of noted collector George Staehle in each volume, slight foxing to the preliminaries, rubbing but no appreciable loss to the spine labels, a handsome very good or better set, housed in a custom quarter morocco slipcase. Very scarce in the original publisher's binding.
