A scarce play about the artist's life by the remarkable Cuban-American lesbian poet, playwright, and socialite reputed to have conducted lesbian affairs with Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Alla Nazimova, Eva Le Gallienne, Isadora Duncan, Katharine Cornell, and Maude Adams, among others. One of two plays produced on Broadway by de Acosta, this one ran for 24 performances at the Provincetown Playhouse, and featured Eva Le Gallienne and Basil Sydney.
