First edition. Illustrated by the author. Cloth beautifully restored at the spine, gilt lettering on the spine is dull, else a near fine copy in an attractive, internally repaired, good dustwrapper with some loss at the crown, that has been supplied to this copy. Inscribed by the author: "My very good wishes to my lifetime, lifelong friend Marjorie S. Logan, Nicholas Vachel Lindsay -- December 25, 1923." Logan was the head of the Fine Arts Department at Milwaukee-Downer College. A significant association copy.
