First edition. Bookplate, very good in very good dustwrapper with age-toning, small nicks at the extremities, and a few faint stains on the front panel. Jacket art by Juan Oliver. The story of a man from a small town in Pennsylvania who becomes involved in the Spanish Revolution in 1869.
