The Department of Dead Ends First edition, a paperback original. Perfectbound digest-sized wrappers. Pages browned, a bit of rubbing mostly to the extremities, and a couple of small tickmarks on the contents page, a very good plus copy in wrappers as issued. A collection of stories about a department in Scotland Yard that solves long dead crimes. One of the few paperback originals that is both a Queen's Quorum and Haycraft-Queen Cornerstone.
