Speedy First edition, novelized by Holman from the great Harold Lloyd comedy. Fine in an attractive, near fine dustwrapper with a couple of small nicks and tears. Illustrated with a generous eight stills from the film, and with endpapers which are also stills; the jacket has a "colorized" photo of Lloyd in the title role. Lloyd tries to save the last horse-drawn trolley in New York City, with the help of Babe Ruth, who makes a cameo (and is in one of the stills). A scarce and desirable photoplay. [BTC #23521] |
