ULLMAN, Allan

Night Man

First edition. Fine in near fine dustwrapper with a couple of tiny tears and some light dampstaining visible only on the inside of the jacket. A novelization from Lucille Fletcher's original screenplay about a woman who believes the nighttime elevator operator in her building is a murderer. The story was eventually made into a 1992 television movie, a four-decade gestation which must surely be an inspiration for writers whose works have yet to be filmed. Ullman also novelized Fletcher's classic radio-play Sorry, Wrong Number.
