First edition. Cloth and papercovered boards. Slight rubbing to the edges of the boards, the corner of one page creased, else very good plus, presumably issued without one. One of 200 numbered copies. A satiric poem about the leisure class women who were the spiritual leaders of the goons employed to break up organized labor protests. Issued anonymously, this copy Inscribed by the author: "To Madelaine Kudner with love, Westbrook Pegler." Pegler was an influential sportswriter, columnist and novelist.
